It is a blessing that waiting children are more likely to be adopted right now, with the wait times for a healthy baby in China approaching five years.
The adoption slow down has been an absolute blessing for us. Our second daughter from China waits for us in Guangdong province. We are excited to meet her!
How perfect God's timing is.
Amanda from Starfish foster homes doesn't agree with the above article. She says she is contacted often by SWI's who are bursting at the seams! Very sad. However I am happy with how our journey has turned out and very excited for you.
ReplyDeleteRegarding your post on TCH.... I will take pictures for you and hope to get a little video of her if Jenny will allow it. I think it would make her more real to see her in action. I will try! Did you get travel dates now?
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Paige. I wish I was there the same time as you. Any little tidbit of information, pictures, video, is so welcomed. No travel dates at all. I wish there was a rough date. I am guessing June, but that's a guess.
